Great location, helpful staff, lovely stay, excellent position, value for money.

Nothing, all excellent.

We had 3 people, so the triple room worked for us. Room was clean and check-in was easy. Location was great to just walk outside and start sightseeing or shopping.

The buffet breakfast was too high priced for what was offered. There are restaurants nearby that offer great food at much lower price.

Hotel is just 30 minutes far from the airport by bus (5€ per person). Location is perfect for walking around the old-town. Most of the interesting places are just some metro stations away. So no taxi had to be caught during our stay. 

Perfect location, friendly English-speaking staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, elevator access.

The location is perfect, good spacios rooms with nice city view. Very comfortable for sightseeing, eating out, shopping. The staff is professional and friendly.

It was in a perfect location opposite Barcelona Cathedral, close to shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and spoke several languages. The setting was attractive and breakfast was good.

The room was too hot as heating/aircon wasn't great. The breakfast though good was a little pricey. Luckily I had prebooked and got it cheaper!

I had a satisfying stay at a hotel in a superb location. There were plenty of food options, supermarkets, and convenient transport options nearby. The hotel was also within walking distance of all the attractions in the Gothic quarter. The price I paid was the 

a big plus for staffs attitude

When we arrived we were moved to the sister hotel, The Colon, which was excellent. Perfectly placed and a beautiful classically designed hotel. Staff were great, room was spotless, all in all a very pleasant stay. 

The hotel offered two complimentary drinks and snacks which was a great start to the new year's eve celebrations. the hotel was located close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage 

Perfect location , very close to Gothic quarter and Placa Catalynia on the one side and hiden from noisiest streets on the other. Good value for money. Friendly personel. Clean and convinient.

Lack of "as a must" services , such as internet. Even at the front desk we have been unable to print our flyght boarding passes.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is located in the center of the city, just a stone's throw away from the Barcelona Cathedral. The street it's situated on is filled with fantastic local

Room was uncomfortably hot. Heater was on, despite warm weather. Opening windows allowed for extreme noise day and night. Impossible to sleep.

terrible location due to constant noise thru day and nite unable to sleep at all for 4 nite stay
